Talent Acquisition Operations Manager

Addus HomeCare, Inc., a mission-driven leader in home and community-based care, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to optimize and scale our recruiting function. In this role, you will design and manage end-to-end TA operations supporting high-volume hiring of caregivers, clinicians, and corporate staff nationwide. Responsibilities include owning ATS and recruiting tools, standardizing processes, tracking KPIs, and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance. You will partner closely with HR and operations leaders to forecast staffing needs, improve candidate experience, and support recruiter training in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
