Job Description Direct and oversee all maintenance department operations and facilities for an aerospace forging and heat treat manufacturing environment Lead and manage a team of 8–10 leads and 40–50 non-union hourly employees across three shifts operating 24/7 Drive Preventative and Predictive Maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability Manage and execute Capital Expenditure (CapEx) projects to support facility and equipment upgrades Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime Ensure all production equipment is fully operational and running at optimal performance levels Key Requirements Strong leader with demonstrated ability to manage and develop large teams Background in manufacturing (MFG) environments, preferably within metal product industries Experience with metal fabrication processes such as CNC machining, welding, fabrication, forging, heat treating, stamping, or casting Proven leadership experience in a maintenance or operations management capacity Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines #J-18808-Ljbffr
