Director of FP&A

Our client is seeking a Director of FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis efforts across the business. This is a highly visible role with significant exposure to executive leadership and a meaningful opportunity to influence business performance and strategy. Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and decision support Develop financial models, reporting, and business analysis Drive process improvements across planning and reporting functions Support strategic initiatives and business growth Lead and mentor FP&A team members Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting 8 - 10+ years of finance or accounting experience Prior leadership experience Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Why Consider This Opportunity?
