We are seeking an Experienced Inside Sales Representative to support pricing, quotations, and customer orders while developing long-term customer relationships. This role is ideal for an experienced inside sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. Job Description Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email Generate and follow up on quotations Convert inquiries into sales orders Provide technical product support Process orders, returns, credits, debits, and scrap returns Monitor inventory and communicate issues Resolve customer service issues Develop non‑major and target accounts Collaborate with internal teams Monitor competitor pricing and products Travel as needed Qualifications 5–10 years of inside sales experience Computer Proficient Associate degree or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Strong negotiation and organizational skills Attention to detail Effective communication skills CRM/ERP experience Industrial or value‑added product knowledge preferred Job Compensation $65,000+/year (based on experience) + Monthly Incentive Compensation Benefits Overview Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Life Insurance and Disability Voluntary Wellness Programs 401(k) or RRSP programs with Company Match Paid Vacation and Holidays Tuition Reimbursement And more!
