Lead Business Analyst – LCNC / n8n Workflow AutomationWe at Coforge are seeking a Lead Business Analyst with strong exposure to Low-Code / No-Code (LCNC) workflow automation platforms, preferably n8n, to support enterprise-wide automation and AI-led transformation initiatives within the Banking domain. The ideal candidate will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, driving requirement discovery, solution design, and value realization. A strong inclination toward AI-assisted productivity tools, modern delivery practices, and large-scale workflow orchestration is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with business stakeholders to understand current-state processes, pain points, and automation opportunitiesConduct discovery workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and design-thinking workshops with business and IT teamsTranslate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteriaServe as the single point of contact (SPOC) for requirement clarifications across the delivery lifecycleEnsure alignment between business goals, automation outcomes, and regulatory constraintsLCNC / Workflow AutomationAnalyze, design, and document workflows using LCNC platforms, with a strong preference for n8nExperience with additional platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, Make.com, Appian is a plusDefine end-to-end process orchestration, system integrations, exception handling, retry mechanisms, and human-in-the-loop stepsCollaborate closely with developers, solution architects, and platform teams to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable automation solutionsSupport UAT, business validation, production go-live, and post-deployment optimizationAI & Productivity EnablementLeverage AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, and AI-driven documentation/analysis tools to:Accelerate requirement gathering and documentationImprove process analysis and solution design qualityEnhance personal and team productivityIdentify opportunities to embed AI capabilities or AI agents within workflows for:Decision-makingClassification and routingData enrichment and automationDocumentation & GovernanceCreate and maintain high-quality delivery artifacts, including:Business Requirement Documents (BRD)Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)User stories and acceptance criteriaProcess flows, wireframes, and solution diagramsAutomation value realization and benefit assessment documentsEnsure adherence to enterprise governance, security, compliance, and banking regulatory standardsSupport audit and compliance reviews where requiredRequired Skills & Experience8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within Banking or Financial ServicesStrong hands-on experience with workflow automation and LCNC platforms, preferably n8nProven experience working in enterprise automation or digital transformation programsSolid understanding of end-to-end business processes, system integrations, and API-driven architecturesStrong knowledge of:Requirement elicitation techniquesProcess modeling (BPMN preferred)Agile / Scrum and/or hybrid delivery modelsExperience working with cross-functional technical teams (developers, architects, QA)Exposure to AI-driven automation, intelligent workflows, or decision automation is highly desirable
