This full-time position plays an essential role in providing care to families within our hospice center, where we emphasize compassionate support for both children with disabilities and their families. This role is a remote position, allowing our LCSWs to work from the comfort of their homes while remaining integral to our hospice center's multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of the children's developmental needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is children experiencing disabilities or developmental delays, primarily in their formative years, which include infants through toddlers. Our LCSWs are crucial in supporting families during these critical early stages, providing guidance around physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication development. Each child is unique, and the LCSW will adapt their support strategies to meet individual family needs while fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current LCSW licensure issued by the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
