Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a primary clinician for assigned clients suffering from major mental health disorders and severe emotional disturbances, providing assessments, therapy, and crisis intervention.

• Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based screenings for clients and, where necessary, arrange for further assessments to inform treatment plans.

• Create and implement integrated care plans in coordination with clients, facilitating access to pertinent services and ensuring communication among clients, families, and healthcare providers.

• Carry a caseload that includes individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to meet specific client needs.
\n
• Maintain compliance with professional ethical standards and internal codes of conduct while navigating financial and organizational structures.

• Participate actively in team meetings to discuss treatment strategies, client progress, and collaborative initiatives aimed at improving service delivery.

• Monitor client interactions to assess adherence to treatment plans and ensure timely discharge as necessary, contributing to positive patient outcomes.

• Engage in on-call duties during and after program hours as assigned, providing additional support during crises or urgent situations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
