Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Austin Anxiety and Trauma Services PC, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Delivering individual and couples therapy to clients spanning a wide age range, ensuring tailored approaches meet each client’s unique needs.

• Utilizing a professional billing service that handles claim submissions, insurance account receivables, and payment planning—allowing you to focus on client care without administrative burdens.

• Maintaining accurate and timely records and notes for all clients, ensuring compliance with best practices and ethical standards.

• Coordinating and scheduling ongoing appointments, while keeping an organized calendar to manage client sessions efficiently.

• Applying therapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to various clinical presentations including anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults, primarily within the school environment. Your expertise in addressing trauma and anxiety-related issues will play a critical role in the well-being and academic success of students and their families. Candidates must be willing to maintain a full-time schedule with a minimum of 20-25 hours of therapy weekly, including availability for at least two evenings each week.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your compensation will range between USD 70,000 and 100,000 yearly, along with performance-based bonuses. We offer:
