Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will take on several important responsibilities, including:

• Providing engaging individual and couples therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to support clients in addressing various mental health challenges.

• Completing timely and comprehensive notes and documentation for each client, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and best practices.

• Managing your own client caseload while scheduling appointments and maintaining an organized calendar to optimize productivity.

• Working closely with other team members and leveraging our billing service, which handles claims, client accounts receivable, eligibility checks, and payment plans, so you can focus on your clients rather than on administrative burdens.

• Demonstrating the ability to work effectively with clients presenting a wide range of clinical issues, adapting your therapeutic approach to individual needs.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work; an advanced degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
