Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows you to work remotely while being associated with our Hospice Center, enabling you to provide critical support to patients without geographical limitations. Your schedule will be fulfilling yet structured, featuring a consistent workday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday, free from evening or weekend obligations. This schedule allows you the peace of mind to focus entirely on your clients during business hours while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans based on these evaluations.

• Coordinate and implement various behavioral health services tailored to the unique needs of your patients.

• Stay informed on current trends and regulations in mental health care at the local, state, and federal levels to ensure compliance and best practices.

• Actively participate as a key member of our multidisciplinary primary care team, fostering effective communication with colleagues, healthcare providers, and patients alike.

• Maintain adherence to mental health policies and procedures within our behavioral health program, ensuring quality service delivery.

• Provide crisis intervention and counseling as necessary, equipping you to handle emergency situations effectively.
