Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to evaluate the specific needs of each student.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with students and their support systems that reflect individual goals and cultural contexts.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), in individual, couple, family, and group settings.

• Provide crisis intervention for students in acute distress while collaborating with educational staff to ensure continuity of care.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Educate students and families on mental health issues, providing tools and resources to empower them in managing their conditions.
\n
• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and school counselors, to offer comprehensive support.

• Monitor treatment outcomes to evaluate the effectiveness of therapies and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Stay updated on advancements in mental health practices to incorporate new knowledge into your clinical work, enhancing the quality of care.

• Uphold ethical standards and protect the confidentiality of all patient information at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with children and adolescents within school settings, many of whom have faced significant challenges such as trauma, anxiety, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is a prerequisite.

• Active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
