Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments, including comprehensive psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments for clients facing trauma and mental health challenges.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, addressing their specific needs, goals, and cultural aspects.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Offer crisis intervention services, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
