Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Low County Community Health Services, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Implement individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to client needs.

• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans that establish clear goals and interventions.

• Utilize therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to address client concerns.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that foster resilience and community among participants.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and develop safety plans as needed to ensure client well-being.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
