This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a collaborative approach with our multidisciplinary team. You will primarily work from your home while engaging with students, parents, and school staff through virtual platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to evaluate the psychological needs of students, using tools such as psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with students, their families, and educational staff, ensuring that plans are culturally sensitive and tailored to address individual goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), both in individual and group therapy settings.

• Manage crisis interventions effectively, providing immediate support and working with other healthcare professionals to ensure that students receive comprehensive care during acute distress.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory standards to ensure accountability and transparency.

• Empower students and their families through psychoeducation, helping them develop coping strategies and a deeper understanding of mental health conditions.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including educators, psychologists, and other service providers, to create integrated care plans for students.

• Regularly assess treatment outcomes and adjust therapeutic approaches based on evidence, striving for continuous improvement in client care.

• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health, incorporating new knowledge into your clinical practice.

• Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality as a core component of practice, ensuring that all private information is treated with the utmost respect.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes children and adolescents who have experienced trauma, behavioral challenges, or mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• An active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to build rapport with children, adolescents, and diverse families.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 84,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
