Key Responsibilities\n

As our new Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and couples therapy through various modalities tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress, including session notes and treatment plans in an electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Managing client scheduling efficiently, ensuring that clients receive ongoing support and maintaining an organized calendar.

• Collaborating with colleagues to discuss client cases and share effective therapeutic strategies, contributing to professional development and the improvement of patient care.

• Utilizing the billing service for claims processing, client accounts, and insurance verification to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, providing therapeutic support to individuals and couples from various backgrounds and age groups. Clients may present with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology.

• Current LCSW license to practice independently in Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, with additional performance-based bonuses. We provide:
