Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to operate from the comfort of your own home, while still being an integral part of our team. You’ll work a standard full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with flexible shift options available between Monday and Friday, from 8 am to 7 pm. Whether opting for traditional 5x8 or alternate 4x10 hours, we prioritize work-life balance and the well-being of our staff as foundational elements of our operations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct psychotherapeutic sessions with individuals, groups, couples, or families to address social, psychological, and emotional challenges.

• Interview clients comprehensively to gather data on their social and personal history, enabling accurate assessment and diagnosis.

• Evaluate and implement treatment plans for various mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, and other behavioral health conditions.
\n
• Develop and coordinate programs tailored to meet the unique social and emotional needs of clients, fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.
\n
• Facilitate mental health crises interventions and provide referrals to community resources, ensuring clients have access to the necessary support.
\n
• Establish a therapeutic relationship grounded in mutual respect, acceptance, and trust, encouraging clients to engage fully in their treatment journey.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, maintaining accurate records in accordance with established protocols.

• Manage a caseload consistent with organizational requirements while ensuring timely communication and follow-up with clients.

• Provide personalized clinical counseling while remaining adaptable to any additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential in the state of Texas.
