The role of our LCSW is embedded within a Hospice Center setting, allowing for a unique approach to care that is both deeply impactful and personal. Our team operates on a flexible schedule with options for both 4x10 and 5x8 shifts, available Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 7 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Anxiety Health Network, your essential duties will include:

• Providing psychotherapy or counseling to a range of clients including individuals, groups, couples, and families, tailored to their specific needs.

• Conducting thorough client interviews to gather vital social, personal, environmental, and health information to inform your treatment plans.
\n
• Evaluating and diagnosing emotional and social challenges, treating issues within your professional scope of practice.
\n
• Developing, coordinating, and implementing programs and activities that address clients' social and emotional well-being.
\n
• Facilitating cognitive, affective, and behavioral interventions, including short-term crisis resolution, while also providing referrals to community resources.

• Building and nurturing relationships grounded in mutual respect, acceptance, and trust with clients.
\n
• Continuously assessing the effectiveness of the treatment services provided and documenting all findings in accordance with established protocols.

• Maintaining an active caseload, ensuring regular updates to case documentation in line with service delivery standards.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for our LCSW position will possess the following qualifications:
