Live-Onsite Property Manager for 2-Building Community

LBPM + Fairgrove in Southern California is seeking an Onsite Manager to oversee two buildings (145 units), handle leasing, resident services, and daily operations with a professional, courteous demeanor. This part-time role requires living onsite in a discounted one-bedroom unit, 24 hours per week at $20 per hour.
