Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary:
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will serve as an assessing therapist with a manageable caseload, taking on some Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) responsibilities. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality rehabilitation services and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert assessment and treatment planning for high-acuity patients.
Lead and support the rehabilitation team, including PT, OT, ST, PTA, and COTA.
Oversee adherence to PDPM processes and documentation requirements.
Participate in facility meetings, coordinate schedules, and facilitate team collaboration.
Monitor clinical performance metrics and quality outcomes.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

Possess at least 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Demonstrate leadership experience within a SNF/LTC rehabilitation setting.
Have a valid Missouri State License.
Exhibit knowledge of PDPM regulations and best practices.
New graduates are not accepted for this position.
