Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary:
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will serve as an assessing therapist with a manageable caseload, taking on some Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) responsibilities. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality rehabilitation services and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert assessment and treatment planning for high-acuity patients.
• Lead and support the rehabilitation team, including PT, OT, ST, PTA, and COTA.
• Oversee adherence to PDPM processes and documentation requirements.
• Participate in facility meetings, coordinate schedules, and facilitate team collaboration.
• Monitor clinical performance metrics and quality outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Demonstrate leadership experience within a SNF/LTC rehabilitation setting.
• Have a valid Missouri State License.
• Exhibit knowledge of PDPM regulations and best practices.
• New graduates are not accepted for this position.
