Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create individualized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional milestones
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-informed practices to enhance patients' mobility, cognitive function, and daily life skills
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide holistic and comprehensive care
• Guide Patients and Families: Empower patients and their loved ones with the knowledge of therapy techniques to encourage continuous improvement at home
• Document Progress and Adjust: Monitor treatment outcomes and revise plans as necessary to ensure patients are on the right path toward recovery

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Support will be provided for ongoing education and post-graduate certifications

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
