General Liability Attorney

We invite you to apply to our General Liability Attorney position based in our Livonia, MI office. The Position Wilson Elser’s Livonia office is seeking a General Liability Associate Attorney to join our litigation team in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end, including complex and high exposure cases, from inception to resolution. Collaborate closely with other attorneys and Partners on complex legal matters. Regularly handle court appearances and depositions. Communicate proactively with clients, keeping them informed with regular status updates. Contribute to legal strategy and case development with a focus on client goals and outcomes. Qualifications JD from an accredited Law School Admitted to practice in the state of Michigan Minimum 6+ years of experience in general liability, including premises liability, trucking and transportation Superior communication skills (both written and oral) to effectively advocate for clients and present arguments Experience with legal project management is a plus Salary Range

$170,000 - $190,000 USD
