Segal McCambridge , a national law firm with offices in 16 states is looking to hire an Associate Attorney (0–5 years of experience) to join our expanding Southfield, Michigan office. This Associate position is ideal for a newer motivated Michigan-licensed attorney who wants meaningful responsibility and a diverse legal experience involving many areas of law involving both litigation and transactions in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Real Estate and Business litigation and transactional work

Premises Liability, Transportation/Trucking and General Liability matters

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs

Who SMSM is looking for to fill this Associate Position Licensed to practice law in Michigan (required)

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

Newer attorneys with litigation internships, clerkships, or clinical experience are strongly encouraged to apply
