As part of the commercial segment of Everforth, we are committed to driving the next wave of global IT services and digital transformation. **JOB DESCRIPTION** Employee will serve as a Contracts Administrator I for Apex Systems as a member of its legal department. This process-oriented position will require daily interaction with company attorneys, executives, and sales staff in a fast-paced, sales environment. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a team-oriented attitude. Attention to detail is a must, as well as an ability to work confidently under pressure while adapting to rapidly changing legal and business needs. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:* Reviewing and revising commercial contracts, including standard master services agreements, non-disclosure agreements, statements of work, and other related legal documents* Editing legal documents to ensure consistency with company policies* Maintaining accurate database and file records* Communicating with sales leaders regarding contract provisions* Drafting compliance notes for the relevant business areas to comply with the terms of client contracts* Assisting with other special projects as needed **JOB REQUIREMENTS*** Bachelor’s Degree* 1+ years’ of relevant experience in a corporate environment, preferred* Intermediate skills with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with short turnaround times and handle multiple activities, contracts, deadlines, and customers (internal / external) simultaneously* Highly motivated with ability to work without direct supervision.
