About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales for Commercial Real Estate. The successful candidate will be tasked with building, developing, and leading a high-performing B2B sales organization. This role is pivotal in transforming the go-to-market strategy, with a focus on driving a modern, high-velocity, outbound-first sales motion. Key responsibilities include sales leadership, team development, pipeline creation, and revenue growth. The VP of Sales will be expected to recruit, coach, and retain a team of Account Executives, establish performance expectations, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. They will also be responsible for owning the sales pipeline, increasing its velocity, and championing the adoption of modern sales technologies. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' of successful B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years' in a leadership role. A strong understanding of subscription business models and a proven track record in outbound-focused sales organizations are essential. The role requires proficiency in modern sales technologies and the ability to build high-performance sales cultures. Experience in commercial real estate, infrastructure, financial services, or similar B2B industries is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and possess a strong executive presence with the ability to engage in consultative, value-based sales discussions.
