Commercial Manager

Role Overview A forward thinking print & packaging company seeks an ambitious and highly energetic individual to take on a key commercial management role. The objective of this role will be to use proven leadership skills and a strong work ethic to grow our client’s business by meeting sales objectives and translating strategic business objectives into well‑defined commercial plans. Key Responsibilities Work closely with client services and sales development departments to deliver the highest quality of customer support and service through strategic direction and leadership. Manage, coach and empower the sales team to achieve positive outcomes. Train the team on new methods and best‑in‑class processes, identify new opportunities, and set specific goals and direction. Regularly communicate with other managers within the company and with senior executives externally. Qualifications Proven organisational, planning, analytical and time‑management skills. Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills. Advanced level of MS Office skills. Passion for team development and ability to coach and empower a team.
