Front Desk Agent

Front Desk Agent Mechanicsburg, PA Hyatt Studios is currently seeking part- and full-time Front Desk Agents to service their Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania location. In this role, you will be responsible for checking in/out guests and responding to guests' requests. What We Can Offer YOU:

- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises
- Distribute keys and room assignments
- Record credit card and personal information
- Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls
- Answer guests' questions about hotel amenities, rewards programs, special requests, and any other needs
- Perform regular bookkeeping duties
- Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodation is ready
