Senior People Partner

Supporting revenue-generating teams, the full-time Senior People Partner will manage organizational design, performance management, and employee relations for Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and Patient Support departments in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary People Partner for leaders, advising on organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management Lead performance review processes and coach managers through performance conversations in a high-visibility environment Own employee relations matters, including investigations and documentation, while applying scalable workflows for the People team Required qualifications 8+ years of HR experience, particularly as a People Partner in a commercial or revenue-generating organization Deep understanding of variable compensation and experience supporting commissioned populations Proven track record in employee relations and performance management Experience with organizational design changes and restructures Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform people strategy
