Substance Use Counselor

We are seeking a Substance Use Disorder Counselor to provide comprehensive counseling and case management services in a new residential treatment program. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, screenings, treatment planning, and delivering individual and group counseling to support clients' recovery and stability. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and participate in supervision and professional development activities. Applicants must hold a valid Wisconsin SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC credential, with an associate's degree in a human services or related field (bachelor's preferred). Experience working with justice-involved populations and knowledge of addiction and recovery principles are advantageous. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
