GENERAL ACCOUNTING CLERK

Excellent Hourly Pay + Great Benefits!

Previous Accounting, Data Entry, Clerical, or Bookkeeping Experience Preferred.

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

  is seeking to hire a friendly  General Accounting Clerk to support our daily operations! You will be responsible for the daily posting and organizing car deals, accounts payable / receivable , data entry, reconciliations, and general office duties.  Candidates with previous Dealership Accounting experience are preferred but not required. Responsibilities - Accounting Position:

• Accounts Payables / Receivables

• Account/Bank Reconciliations 
• Process paperwork from the F&I Department 
• Monthly Reconciliation
• Other duties may be assigned

 

 

Qualifications/Requirements - Accounting Position:

 

• Automotive accounting/titling experience is preferred, but we will train
• Excel experience preferred but not required
• Experience with CDK and DealerCONNECT is a PLUS!
• General accounting, bookkeeping, and mathematics knowledge for data entry assignments
• Computer proficient and detailed oriented
• Must maintain a professional appearance, a neat work area, and reliable attendance
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license
