This is a behind-the-scenes role: you'll own contract-to-close compliance and listing coordination for every active transaction, and work directly with our Principal Broker as her right hand on the day-to-day details that keep the brokerage running.

This is not a client-facing sales role. You'll thrive here if you love checklists, deadlines, and getting the details right more than you love being in front of clients. Responsibilities

• Manage the contract-to-close process for every active transaction, tracking deadlines, missing documents, and compliance items until each file is clean.
• Coordinate new listings from intake through go-live, keeping the MLS, marketing assets, and paperwork accurate and on schedule.
• Serve as executive assistant to the Principal Broker, managing calendar, correspondence, and priority tasks.
• Maintain and enforce the transaction compliance checklist so every file is audit-ready at all times.
• Communicate proactively with agents, title companies, and lenders to keep transactions moving without delays.
• Flag issues early and bring solutions, not just problems, to the Principal Broker.
• Grow into an Operations Supervisor role as you master contract-to-close and listing coordination.

Qualifications

• Real estate or brokerage experience required; transaction coordination or compliance background strongly preferred.
• Highly detail-oriented, with a track record of managing multiple deadlines and files without anything slipping through the cracks.
• Comfortable in a behind-the-scenes, process-driven role rather than a client-facing sales position.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with agents, title companies, and lenders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Trustworthy with confidential and time-sensitive information.
• A self-starter who can manage competing priorities with minimal oversight.
