Flight Support and Operations Manager

We’re looking for a Back Office Manager and Flight Support to join our team. This full-time, role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Flight Operations Flight dispatch and operations coordination Crew scheduling and hotel arrangements FBO coordination and fuel releases Catering, ground transportation, and client requests Providing exceptional customer service Updating and managing flight details within the CRM system Back Office Management Support the sales and operations teams with daily coordination and follow-ups Create, manage, and track tasks within the CRM system Maintain organized records and ensure timelines are met Assist with reporting and operational efficiency improvements Help streamline communication between departments for smooth day-to-day operations While not mandatory, the following qualifications would make you a great fit: Experience with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.
