Senior Sales Leader

This is a senior sales role with a leadership platform built on top of it. You come in selling from day one, you set the standard for what great looks like in this market, and you build and lead the sales team as the company grows. You sell, you lead, and most days you do both at once. On the selling side, you will own new business for one of the most established landscape and outdoor living companies in the Northeast, bring the relationships you have already built, and develop new ones across the area's highest-end residential market. You will carry your own book and be paid for what you close, with no ceiling on it. On the leadership side, you will join a company with a strong reputation, a talented core, and real room to build the sales team around you. You will be the example that team learns from, the one who shows how to prospect, present, and close at this level, and over time you will help develop and lead the people we add. From our home base in White Plains, our teams handle the full range of work a high‑end property needs: landscape design and installation, outdoor living and hardscape, lawn care, tree and shrub care, irrigation, and pest control, on both the residential and commercial side. Our reputation is built on doing the work right. What we are adding now is the sales leadership to carry that reputation into more of the right homes and grow the book the way it should be grown. Your Market Scarsdale, Rye, Bronxville, Larchmont, Harrison, Armonk, Bedford, Chappaqua, White Plains and the surrounding Westchester communities, plus Greenwich and Stamford, CT. This is one of the most affluent residential corridors in the country, full of high‑value properties and homeowners who expect a true professional. You will not be convincing people that quality matters. You will be the person they trust to deliver it. What You Will Do Sell at the highest level Drive new residential and commercial business across Westchester and Fairfield, leading with the relationships you already have and building new ones Carry your own book and own the full cycle, from prospecting through close and retention Sell consultatively on projects ranging from roughly $25,000 to $500,000 and up, across landscape, design/build, outdoor living, and full-service maintenance Scope, estimate, and price your own work, walking the property and building the proposal yourself Build and hold a healthy, consistent pipeline so the company always has quality work queued well ahead Lead and build Set the standard for how this company sells, and show the team what good looks like in the field Mentor and develop the existing sales talent, and help shape, hire, and grow the team as the function scales Bring a proactive, business‑development mindset and help the team add that edge to the excellent work they already do Represent Bellantoni credibly with discerning clients and the architects, designers, builders, and property managers around them Partner with ownership and operations so that what you sell gets delivered to the standard the name carries What We Are Looking For Required 7 or more years selling in landscape, outdoor living, hardscape, design/build, lawn care, or tree care Hands‑on experience scoping, estimating, and pricing the projects you sell, since our sellers build their own estimates rather than handing them off Strong relationships in the Westchester and Fairfield high‑end residential market that you can put to work Deep, current knowledge of the Westchester and Fairfield high‑end residential market A track record closing higher‑ticket projects and managing a pipeline, not just taking inbound The credibility and presence to be the example a sales team learns from, and the desire to grow into leading one Valid driver's license and the ability to work in‑market full‑time A reputation for integrity and follow‑through Preferred An established book of business you can bring with you Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading other salespeople, formally or informally CLP, CLT, ISA Certified Arborist, or NALP certification (helpful, not required) Hands‑on experience selling design/build or outdoor living projects Familiarity with CRM and estimating or proposal software Compensation and Benefits Compensation comes in two parts, both built to reward what you sell. The base of $100,000 to $115,000 gives you stability from day one, set to your experience and the relationships you bring. Your commission is uncapped and paid on what you close, so the upside is yours to drive: the more you sell, the more you earn, with nothing capping the top. And as you grow the book and the team around you, that earning potential grows right along with the business you build here.
