Critical Care APP Nocturnist Opportunity in Columbus, GAPosition Overview:Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a strong critical care background to join a dedicated ICU team as a nocturnist APP. This is a full-time, 7-on/7-off night shift position within a well-supported critical care environment.Practice Details:Full-time nocturnist position7 on / 7 off scheduleNight shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM376-bed hospitalLevel I Emergency Cardiac Care Center24/7 intensivist supportACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency programFast start available upon credentialingRequirements:Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician AssistantActive Georgia license requiredMinimum 3 years of critical care experience preferredStrong procedural skills requiredMust have post-training critical care experienceNo new graduatesNo visa sponsorship availableFull-time availability requiredCompensation & Benefits:Annual salary: $185,640Overtime paid at 1.5x base rate for additional shifts$20,000 annual retention bonusSign-on bonus availableStudent loan assistanceComprehensive benefits packageCME allowance and additional incentivesAdditional Incentives:Additional $10,000 incentive available for candidates who: - Sign by 5/30/2026 - Start by 8/1/2026Earlier start dates highly preferredLocation Highlights:Located in western Georgia near the Alabama borderFamily-friendly community with lower cost of livingAccess to outdoor recreation, dining, and regional amenities Position Summary:Specialty: Critical CareSetting: Inpatient ICUSchedule: 7 on / 7 off NightsShift: 7P-7AStart: ASAPType: Permanent
