Administrative Support Assistant Duties
As an Administrative Support Assistant (OA) you will perform the following duties:
- Provides accurate and reliable support for administrative functions at the park and other subcluster sites.
- Serves as the primary administrative point of contact for the park, oversight of various administrative processes.
- Processes financial, procurement, property, human resources, and other administrative forms and/or documents.
- Collects data for the unit's operating budget.
- Consolidates material into an annual unit budget.
- Serves as the primary timekeeper; reviews time and attendance reports for employees and assure that reports are correctly entered into the timesheet system.
- Maintains files and training certificates, responds to and resolves issues involving timesheets.
