Construction Project Manager

Our construction company in Atlanta is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects As a Project Manager you will be responsible for planning coordinating and executing construction projects from start to finish This includes managing budgets timelines and resources while ensuring quality work and safety standards are met Salary $900 per month Responsibilities Develop project plans schedules and budgets Oversee project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion Communicate with clients subcontractors and team members to ensure project requirements are met Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Review and approve project expenses change orders and invoices Develop relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts for materials and services Provide leadership and guidance to project team members Requirements Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager Knowledge of construction methods materials and safety standards Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in project management software Indian or Egyptian nationality preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr GreenLine Electronics
