What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient physical therapy to a diverse patient population, including sports injuries, pediatrics, neuro and spinal patients
• Manage patient caseloads independently in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Implement treatment plans aligned with physician directives
• Document patient progress using EMR systems such as Wellsky
• Support patient recovery with personalized interventions
• Maintain compliance with licensing and certification standards
• Participate in departmental orientation and ongoing professional development

What You Need

• Required: Current LA PT license, relevant certifications (BLS, ACLS, NIHSS)
• Experience: 1+ years in outpatient or specialty rehab
• Skills: Strong caseload management, teamwork, patient-centered care
• Preferred: Experience with complex or medically fragile patients, bilingual abilities
