What You'll Do
- Manage a caseload independently across various patient types, including spinal cord injuries, strokes, amputees, traumatic injuries, and post-surgical cases
- Provide outpatients with orthopedic, sports medicine, pediatric, and neuro-specific rehabilitation
- Assist patients with medically complex or debilitating conditions
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Document patient progress using EMR systems such as EPIC, Meditech Expanse, and Wellsky
- Participate in departmental and site-specific orientation programs
- Contribute to patient recovery goals in inpatient rehab, acute care, outpatient, and skilled nursing environments
What You Need
Required:- Current LA PT license
- BLS certification
- 1+ years of experience in a relevant setting
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
- Experience with TM systems like EPIC, Meditech Expanse, Wellsky
- Experience with complex, medically fragile patient populations
