What You'll Do

Provide outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation services for diverse patient populations
Manage a caseload independently with support from multidisciplinary teams
Contribute to patient recovery from conditions including spinal cord injuries, strokes, trauma, orthopedic surgeries, and neuro diagnoses
Document patient progress using EMR systems such as EPIC, Meditech Expanse, and Wellsky
Support recovery plans for medically complex and debilitated patients
Participate in departmental meetings and ongoing staff training
Maintain compliance with hospital and departmental standards

What You Need

Required:

Current LA PT or PTA license
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications (or as required)
1+ year of experience in neuro, orthopedic, or inpatient/outpatient rehab
Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Preferred:
Experience with EMR platforms: EPIC, Meditech Expanse, Wellsky
Experience managing medically complex patients

About the Assignment Join a dynamic team at a leading facility in Shreveport, LA, providing outpatient and inpatient therapy services to a diverse patient population. You'll work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no weekend or holiday shifts required. The role involves managing a varied caseload, emphasizing independent practice and collaborative patient care in a supportive environment.
