IMT Residential is hiring a Temporary Corporate Receptionist. This is a fully onsite position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, reporting daily to our corporate office located in Sherman Oaks, CA.

• Pay - $20.00-$24.00/hr depending upon skills and experience related to the role

The Temporary Corporate Receptionist represents IMT and our commitment to providing excellent customer service while assisting with general office duties.

Responsibilities:

• At the reception desk, welcome visitors and callers by greeting them in a warm and professional manner and directing them to the appropriate party
• Maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere in the reception and common areas
• Maintain the Cafe including light cleaning and stocking
• Perform inventory and order supplies
• Process purchase orders and invoices for purchases
• Enter data with light Accounts Payable duties
• Scan and process documents
• Sort and distribute mail
• Support IMT's wellness program by ordering healthy lunches daily
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Some Accounts Payable or related experience helpful
• Flexibility and enthusiasm to perform a variety of tasks including new projects
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and perform tasks with attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills; basic Excel skills are a plus
