- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, along with 8+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including prior management experience.
- 8+ years of accounting experience, with direct responsibility for payroll accounting within a large enterprise environment strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of General Ledger (GL) accounting, accruals, account reconciliations, and payroll-related accounting principles and treatments.
- Demonstrated project management skills with an understanding of key financial performance metrics and business objectives.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, internal controls, risk mitigation, company policies, financial analysis, statutory reporting, forecasting, and financial applications.
$130k/ann.-$140k/ann. This is a direct hire opportunity. The selected candidate will be employed directly by our client. All compensation and benefits, including but not limited to medical insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other perks, will be provided by the client in accordance with their internal policies and subject to applicable laws and eligibility requirements.
