We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Full time Payroll Administrator & HR Supervisor to join our Human Resources team. This position provides support for payroll administration, employee records management, onboarding documentation, and general HR operations. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, highly organized, and committed to providing excellent service to employees, experienced in payroll, and management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with payroll processing, including pay cards, direct deposits, paystubs, PTO, holidays, bereavement, and jury duty administration.
• Support for payroll-related requests and employee inquiries.
• Maintain and and enter new employee records and personnel files and our system.
• Process new hire and termination in the payroll system.
• Assist employees with account access issues and password resets.
• Maintain job inventory records and administrative tracking logs.
• Supervise the day-to-day HR administrative tasks, projects, and special assignments.
• Provide professional support to employees regarding payroll and HR-related questions.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in payroll, human resources, administrative support, or a related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
