Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, an industry leader in building maintenance and facility management, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the maintenance support team supporting facilities across Providence, RI and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to maintenance, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician Location: Providence, RI and surrounding area Pay Range: $37 What's the Job? Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities. Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders to ensure optimal equipment performance. Conduct inspections of interior and exterior areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting systems. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs, utilizing CMMS systems such as Corrigo. Support emergency calls and perform other duties as required, ensuring safety and operational efficiency. What's Needed? EPA universal certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment. Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and equipment repair. Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial or supermarket refrigeration systems. Valid state driver’s license and ability to store a vehicle at residence.
