Have had at least two years of full‑time Individual Placement and Support (IPS) experience. Must possess a valid motor vehicle operator or chauffeur's license. Must possess knowledge and understanding of co‑occurring disorders (mental health and substance abuse). Essential Key Functions: The IPS Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the implementation, coordination, and fidelity of the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) program. This role leads a team providing employment support services to individuals with mental health conditions and ensures adherence to the IPS evidence‑based model for supported employment. Engage individuals and families in a welcoming, hopeful, and empathic manner regardless of readiness or treatment phase. Provide leadership and coaching to staff to build IPS competencies, including: Strength‑based practice Person‑centered planning Stages of Change Motivational Interviewing Co‑occurring disorder principles Review cases to monitor and evaluate service effectiveness. Facilitate staff meetings to review strengths, outcomes, problem areas, and solutions. Maintain records of client contact for documentation, presentations, reviews, and meetings. Monitor case records and ensure compliance with Medicaid, DCH, funder, and contractor requirements. Serve as a community liaison to build vocational support networks and advocate for new services when needed. Develop vocational resources and employer relationships to support competitive employment. Attend job fairs to assist consumers with obtaining and retaining employment. Coordinate consumer job fairs with outside vocational programs and agencies. Lead all aspects of the accreditation lifecycle, including application submission, preparation and coordination of review activities, successful attainment of accreditation, and ongoing compliance to maintain accreditation status. Maintain or exceed benchmark employment outcomes (e.g., competitive employment rate consistent with IPS standards, supporting fidelity to rapid job placement and individualized job development). Ensure IPS services are fully integrated within clinical treatment teams, evidenced by consistent participation in interdisciplinary meetings and documentation reflecting coordinated care planning. Demonstrate knowledge of trauma‑informed care. Support consumers with trauma‑related issues. Promote staff retention through supervision, professional development, recognition, and team building. Qualifications Education Required Bachelors or better in Human Services or related field.
