Summary:

Our award-winning client is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their team. We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist with a focus on recruitment and employee relations. This role requires a Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in a related field and practical experience or internships in HR. While some exposure to recruitment and employee relations is necessary, this is not a management position. However, there is ample opportunity for career advancement within our organization.

Responsibilities:

The Human Resources Generalist will be primarily responsible for recruitment and employee relations activities across our multiple locations.
Duties include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
The incumbent will also handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management.
Collaborating with managers and executives to address staffing needs and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Additional HR duties may be assigned as needed.

Required Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in a related field is required.
Practical experience or internships in HR are preferred, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
