Facilities CoordinatorThe Facilities Coordinator oversees building upkeep, safety, functionality of all restaurant equipment, building systems, and physical assets; including the property grounds. The Facilities Coordinator is expected to lead by example and treat everyone with honor, dignity, and respect. They will ensure the location(s) are clean, well-maintained, and operating efficiently. This role is critical for managing repairs and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for both guests and Team Members.ResponsibilitiesRepresent, protect, and support the Franchised location, Chick-fil-A Plymouth - SWP Hospitality Group, and the Chick-fil-A brand.Serve on the floor or in the kitchen when neededOversee and perform routine maintenance on kitchen equipment, HVAC, basic plumbing, and basic electrical systemsCoordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, inspections, and large projectsEnsure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulationsConduct regular facility inspections and respond proactively to potential issuesManage preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment and building systemsMaintain inventory of maintenance supplies and order parts as neededRespond quickly to urgent repair needs to minimize operational disruptionsWork closely with the operations team to support smooth restaurant performanceParticipate in quarterly Deep Clean days at the storeEnsure the property grounds are in good order (trash and debris free, noting any pavement, curbs, or paint issues)Areas of EmphasisMaintain and troubleshoot all kitchen and operational equipment to minimize downtimeImplement preventative maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifeRespond quickly to repair needs to keep the kitchen productiveEnsure the building's structure, utilities, and systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) are safe, functional, and well-maintainedProactively inspect for issues like leaks, wear, or damage and address them quicklySupport a clean, comfortable, and fully operational environment for both guests and team membersMaintain exterior areas such as parking lots, landscaping, signage, lighting, and waste disposalEnsure the restaurant presents a clean, inviting environment for guests at all timesIdentify hazards or wear-and-tear issues before they affect the guest experienceBuild strong relationships with service vendors for repairs, maintenance, inspections, and suppliesSchedule and follow up on work orders and project timelinesEnsure high-quality, cost-effective service and resolve issues promptlyRequirementsMust be 18 years of ageMust have flexible availability including SaturdaysPrior food safety experience is a plusAttention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environmentServant Leadership MindsetFriendly and positive attitudeMust be able to lift 50lbsComplete repetitive tasksBe able to perform all functions of the job physicallyBenefits:Health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offFlexible scheduleWork schedule:Day shiftNight shiftWeekend availabilityBenefits:Flexible schedulePaid time offHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insuranceDisability insurance401(k) matching
