You'll own TechnoRV end to end: the P&L, our eCommerce storefront, Amazon and Walmart marketplace channels, recurring connectivity subscriptions, a growing fuel-card program, and our RV-show sales calendar. The foundation is built — your job is to scale it profitably with the full backing of an ownership group that's investing to grow.

**What you'll do**
- Own the P&L and the plan to more than triple revenue — profitably, with gross margin defended.
- Run and grow our multi-channel sales: eCommerce storefront, Amazon Seller Central, and Walmart Marketplace (listings, pricing, account health, buy-box, ratings, compliance).
- Grow recurring connectivity-subscription revenue and reduce churn.
- Expand the fuel-card program and its commission revenue.
- Direct marketing across email, web, paid, and events to drive new and repeat customers.
- Manage inventory, cash flow, and vendor relationships as volume scales.
- Own the RV-show calendar — booth logistics, staffing, and turning event traffic into customers.
- Lead, hire, and coach the team, including the next layer of managers.

**What we're looking for**
- A proven scaling track record — you've grown a retail, eCommerce, or multi-channel consumer business from low single-digit millions to $8M+ (or a comparable leap) and can show the numbers.
- Full P&L ownership experience — you've carried both revenue and margin.
- Hands-on Amazon Seller Central and/or Walmart Marketplace experience (Shopify a plus).
- Strong financial literacy — you read a P&L, manage a budget, and decide from data.
- Sharp operator instincts across inventory, vendors, logistics, and customer experience.
- Team leadership experience through a period of growth.
- Willingness to travel to RV shows during show season (~15–25%).
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, operations, or a related field — or equivalent experience. MBA a plus.

**Nice to have**
