Long Term Care RN Provides skilled nursing care in a long-term care facility, overseeing patient care plans, administering treatments, monitoring health status, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Supervises nursing staff, educates residents and families, and collaborates with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care.
