Travel Long Term Care RN

Role: Long Term Care RN responsible for providing skilled nursing care to residents in a facility setting. Key Responsibilities: Assess resident health Develop and implement care plans Administer medications and treatments Supervise staff Educate residents and families Document care Respond to emergencies Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality, resident-centered care while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. Qualifications & Skills: Valid RN license At least one year of recent LTC experience Current BLS/CPR certification Critical thinking Excellent communication Physical ability to perform nursing tasks Proficiency with PC and documentation. Preferred Certifications: ACLS and other facility-specific certifications. Key Duties: Monitoring patient conditions Updating care plans Administering treatments Supervising staff Educating residents Ensuring compliance with policies.
