Travel Long Term Care RN

This role involves providing skilled nursing care in a long-term care facility, including assessments, care planning, medication administration, wound care, and supporting staff. The RN supervises nursing team members, educates residents and families, and ensures compliance with healthcare standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring residents' health, developing personalized care plans, responding to emergencies, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. Qualifications At least one year of recent LTC RN experience Valid RN license and current BLS/CPR certification Preferred: ACLS certification and additional facility-specific credentials Skills & Abilities Critical thinking and excellent communication skills Proficiency in reading, writing, and PC use Physical ability to perform tasks involving movement, lifting, and equipment handling Interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and patient interaction Mental resilience to work under pressure and handle irregular schedules Visual acuity and sensory communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
