Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

This role supports Financial Consultants (FCs) and clients by delivering a high level of service while driving outbound engagement and appointment-setting activity. The position blends client service, operational support, and sales-oriented outreach within a fast-paced, call centerstyle environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling both inbound service requests and outbound calls, building client relationships, and supporting advisors with lead generation and client engagement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing client support by handling inbound calls related to account servicing, online banking access, and general inquiries
• Partner with Financial Consultants to drive client engagement through outbound calling, prospecting, and appointment setting
• Manage a high volume of daily activity (approx. 20100+ client interactions), including both inbound requests and outbound outreach
• Assist clients with transactions such as account maintenance, distribution requests, and basic troubleshooting
• Support operational and payment-related inquiries across investment and banking products
• Deliver product education and guidance to clients, ensuring a strong understanding of platform capabilities
• Maintain adherence to defined service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and activity metrics
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records within internal systems

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required)
• 1+ years of experience in client services, financial services, retail, business, or commercial banking
• Wealth management / investment firms preferred
• Registered Sales Assistant or advisor support roles preferred
• Insurance, asset management, or client-facing sales environments
• Open to entry-level candidates and recent graduates with relevant internships
